It’s important to remember that everyone’s perfect serving is unique, and too much CBD can be just as ineffective as too little. So take your time to find your sweet spot by starting at a low serving and then working your way up.
In general we’ve found that lower serving sizes tend to work best for stress / anxiety.

When to Take:
We recommend starting your CBD first thing in the morning and again before bed. You can also keep it nearby and take an additional serving just before or after a stressful event when its effects will be needed the most.
Make sure to work CBD into your morning routine to help stay balanced throughout the day. A serving in your morning coffee/tea can help reduce jitters and provide calm and focus, or just add a serving to a bit of water and drink it down.
